I am an absolute beginner at swimming. I started learning in 2025 and haven't stopped since. It's been one of the hardest things about being a new triathlete. At first, I was overwhelmed and scared of the water. I couldn't make it more than 25 yards, honestly I couldn't make it past 12 yards. I started small and worked my way up. Now I can swim laps, but I'm certainly not a good swimmer by any means. In 2026 I'm committed to overcoming my fear of swimming. What tips and tricks did you use or do
